Refunds and Returns Policy

At MindfulEssentialOils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process to ensure your experience with us remains positive.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales (unless they are defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at josh_whitehead@live.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return your product, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

4. Processing Your Return

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product within 7 business days after receiving your return.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at josh_whitehead@live.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refund Timeframes

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Exchange: Replacement products will be shipped within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
